Interface with clients' fulfillment centers We employ highly trained, customer service reps who thoroughly learn about your business products and services. If needed, we can also provide HIPPA certification so you can rest assured that your medically related information is confidentially protected as required by regulation. Regardless, our non-disclosure agreements provide you the assurance of confidentiality that you need. Customer service is our utmost concern. We meet with you no less frequently than quarterly to get feedback on our services and make sure we are up-to-speed on changes in your business that could affect our performance. Our reporting provides you complete metrics of call transactions allowing you to assess our performance and the results of your marketing initiatives. We use sophisticated VoIP technology and SaaS-based call center software that allows us to monitor and record calls, track time spent in queue, and schedule our customer service reps appropriately to meet your needs. We charge an upfront set up fee and a monthly administrative fee that are both based on the complexity, training requirements, contract length, expected volumes, and scope of specialty services required. A per minute fee is also charged. If you prefer dedicated agents, an hourly rate is available. Please note that we do not offer cold-call, telemarketing services.
