KANSAS CITY, MO, JUNE 12, 2008:  Formation Strategies President, Ron Bremer, and staff celebrated the one year anniversary of providing in house call center services to its clients this week.Formation Strategies was established in 1999, offering business development, strategic consulting, and operational support and management services.   Formation Strategies has expanded now by providing services that emphasize staff development and knowledge management.  The expanded call center service offering has proved to be a great addition to the core catalog of services.  With a high level of scalability, services can now be tailored to a wide variety of clients.
